Priory Cottage is open for business in 2022 and we look forward to being able to welcome you to Tregoning. While the virus is still around we will obviously have to abide by any current Government regulations and there is a thorough sanitising and cleaning regime in place for your safety. We will be providing bedlinen and towels again this year.
The Lizard Peninsula is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Lovely beaches, dramatic cliff walks and the romantic Helford River. Historic houses and gardens, family attractions, art galleries galore and good restaurants are all within easy reach.
Tregoning Manor is an early 18th Century Cornish farmhouse built on the site of an old Cistercian Monastery, some ruins of which are still visible today. The property is beautifully set in 10 acres within a few minutes walk of local shops. There is a stream running through the grounds with a small waterfall, millpond and an old clapper bridge leading on down to the woodland area where you are welcome to wander. We live in the main house so are usually on hand to help if you have any problems.
Tregoning with its self-catering cottage is tucked away on the outskirts of Laddenvean, which is on the east side of the beautiful Lizard Peninsula, the most southerly part of England.
The Lizard Peninsula, a largely undiscovered treasure, is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Lovely beaches, dramatic cliff walks and the romantic Helford River. Historic houses and gardens, family attractions, art galleries galore and good restaurants are all within easy reach.
We have tried to think of everything to make your holiday as happy as possible so Priory Cottage is bright, cheerful, well equipped and welcoming. Pictures and pottery abound with flowers and a welcome pack to greet you on arrival. Furnished with old pine, hand painted furniture, comfortable chairs and wood-burning stoves, it is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy exploring the area.
